Mark Barbour is an experienced real estate professional with background in development, investments, and brokerage. Mark has developed single family residential subdivisions, acquired and sold hundreds of single family residences, and managed residential rental portfolios. Recently Mark has been investing in residential rental portfolios while creating supply chain efficiencies for the rehabilitation of residential rental properties.
Mark began his career at KPMG advising clients in the financial institutions practice. From there Mark consulted on a variety of Resolution Trust Corporation clients with the collapse of the Savings and Loan Industry in the early 1990’s including loss mitigation at Glendale Federal Savings Bank. Mark graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics in 1988 and in 1990 from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with an MBA with concentrations in accounting, finance, and real estate development.
